From the fertile volcanic highlands of Ciwidey, West Java, comes a coffee that has gained national recognition. This washed-processed Arabica, cultivated with care by Lucy Tedjasukmana, was awarded Winner of the Washed Category at WE Kopi Kolaborasi 2024. The washed process emphasizes clarity and terroir expression: ripe cherries are pulped, fermented, and meticulously washed before being sun-dried. The result is a coffee that delivers a bright, clean cup with refined acidity and layered sweetness, showcasing the unique potential of Ciwidey’s soil and climate.
